While the mold design was foreseen, explosion points were determined for priority pressure and tonnage distribution and their locations were adjusted by considering the welding lines. Crash values were checked according to raw material properties.The warpage result value was fixed by the “best fit” method from the assembling points and the maximum distortion value was checked.
