Warpage should be balanced by taking into consideration the fact that it is an assembly part and value of using the raw material.
Welding lines, air traps and sink marks should be checked to avoid visual defects.

The entry point analysis is provided on the part in the light of the balanced filling and the desired tonnage criteria. In order to reduce the warpage caused by the raw material withdrawal values after balanced filling, the pressure profile and the temperature maleification of the core and cavity mold side in the defined cooling channel are ensured.
